1. About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Fans Origin LLC ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on apifansly.com, app.apifansly.com, and docs.apifansly.com. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.

Fans Origin LLC is a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies — local storage, pixels, and software development kits — do much the same job by different means, and where we use them this policy covers them too.

A first-party cookie is set by us. A third-party cookie is set by a service we have chosen to use, such as our analytics or chat provider. Both kinds are listed below.

3. What we use today

We use three kinds of cookie, and no others:

• Strictly necessary — these sign you in and keep your session secure. Without them the Service does not work.
• Analytics — Google Analytics, so we can see how many people visit, which pages they reach, and where they arrived from.
• Support chat — Crisp, so a chat conversation can continue as you move between pages.

We do not use advertising cookies. We run no advertising or conversion pixels, we are not part of any ad network, we do not build advertising audiences, and we do not use cookies for cross-context behavioural advertising.

The analytics and chat cookies are set when you visit the site. We do not currently offer a per-category cookie banner, so Section 5 sets out the controls that are available to you today. If we introduce one, we will update this policy before it takes effect.

4. The cookies in detail

Strictly necessary

• Session and authentication cookies, set by us on app.apifansly.com when you sign in. They keep you signed in and protect the session against forgery and hijacking. They are first-party, they are cleared when you sign out, and the dashboard cannot work without them.

Analytics

• _ga, set by Google Analytics 4. Distinguishes one visitor from another so visits can be counted. Kept for 13 months (400 days).
• _ga_6BWN7B05YP and _ga_15C4KB9179, set by Google Analytics 4. Hold the session state for our website and dashboard analytics properties respectively. Kept for 13 months (400 days).

Support chat

• crisp-client/session/…, set by Crisp. Identifies your chat session so a conversation continues as you move between pages. Kept for 182 days.
• crisp-client/session/… in your browser's local storage, set by Crisp. Stores chat state so the widget can restore a conversation. Stays until you clear your browser storage.

Cookie names set by third parties can change without notice. Where a name differs slightly from the one shown here, the purpose and provider still apply.

5. Your choices

You can control cookies in the following ways:

• Your browser. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, either altogether or per site. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you signing in.
• Google Analytics. Google publishes an opt-out browser add-on that stops Google Analytics on every site you visit, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Crisp. Clearing your site data removes the chat session. The widget will start a fresh conversation next time.

Blocking analytics or chat cookies does not restrict your access to the Service or change what you pay.

6. US privacy rights — Do Not Sell or Share

Some US state laws, including California's CPRA, treat disclosing personal information to advertising or affiliate partners as a "sale" or a "share".

We do not sell personal information for money. We run no advertising or conversion pixels, we are not part of any ad network, we operate no affiliate tracking, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is no advertising category on this site to opt out of.

We do use Google Analytics, and depending on how the term is applied that may count as "sharing" under California law. Section 5 sets out how to switch it off, and you can email contact@apifansly.com to make a request under your state's law. We will not treat you differently for asking.

7. Global Privacy Control

Some browsers and extensions send a Global Privacy Control signal to tell a site you do not want your information sold or shared. As set out above, we run no advertising cookies, so there is no ad-related sharing for the signal to stop. We do not currently detect the signal automatically to switch off analytics — to do that today, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on in Section 5 or block cookies in your browser. If we add automatic detection, we will say so here.

8. Where your data goes

Google and Crisp are third-party providers, and the data these cookies generate is processed by them under their own terms. They are sub-processors for the purposes of our Privacy Policy, and the international transfer safeguards in Section 8 of that policy apply.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as our cookies or the law change. The date at the top always shows the current version, and we will update this page before adding any cookie in a new category.
